Popular war-time president, George Bush, will give this radio address tomorrow:
My fellow Americans, my tax cuts created 38,000 fewer jobs last month than we need to break even, but if you discount the continued evaporation of positions, I'll be able to halve that shortfall by 2009, just like I will with my record budget deficits.
Even shorter: pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.
